MIREILLE Online Store Return Policy

1. Return Period:
All products purchased from MIREILLE Online Store can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. The date of delivery will be determined based on the tracking information provided by our delivery partners.

2. Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The product must have all tags and labels attached.
- The product should not be damaged in any way.

3. Return Process:
a. Initiate Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service teamĀ  through our website's "Contact Us" section.
b. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please ensure this number is clearly marked on the return package.
c. Packing: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
d. Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service to send the product back to our return center. The address will be provided by our customer service team.

4. Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. MIREILLE does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure your return is received and processed in a timely manner.

5. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exclusions:
Certain products may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or safety reasons. These products will be clearly marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed and may offer a replacement or refund.

8. Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased using a discount code or on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any purchase made with a discount code or during a sale event is considered a final sale.

9. Exchanges:
At this time, MIREILLE Online Store does not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
